Make a Donation
Please donate your gently used or newly published zine (or zines) to the Jacksonville Public Library Zine Collection.
We welcome donated material, whether it’s by you or part of your own personal collection. Old ones collecting dust on your bookshelf, or publications you have created are highly appreciated donations. At the Jacksonville Public Library we’re trying to share the empowering nature of this medium with the community at large. Please help us by donating.
Currently, our zine library project doesn’t have much funding, but as the collection and interest grows it’ll be easier to show how it’s valuable to the public, and getting funds will be much easier. Even then, we’ll only be buying new zines. The old zines you have sitting in a box will make excellent contributions. Large collections of zines may be tax deductible. If you have any information or tips on long-forgotten Florida zines, please contact us!
You can send zine donations to:

If you have made your own zine and want to donate it to the Collection, feel free to send it on. All donated material will be evaluated on the basis of our Collection Development Policy. If you are donating your own original zine, please include the following information when sending it on:
- What is the title of your zine?
- Who are the authors?
- What is the subject matter?
- What is the print run?
